On Friday 25th October, join us for mindful yoga in the Zen Area. The perfect way to unwind after a long week at work, Lisa Morris will be leading sessions from 6pm-9pm. Ease through a yoga flow with awareness of your breath, body and mind. You’ll leave the class feeling more grounded and with a greater appreciation of your mind-body connection.
